Cylindrical Pulse Jet Dust Collectors
Nederman MikroPul’s cylindrical pulse jet baghouse dust collectors are for high vacuum or high pressure applications (ASME).

Common Applications Include:

  • Spray drying
  • Separating
  • Coal grinding
  • Mixing
  • Food manufacturing
  • Rail car loading
  • Product receiving

Commonly Filtered Dusts:

  • Sander dust
  • Fine lint
  • Grain
  • Cellulose

Tangential Inlet Model
The inlet acts as a cyclone, causing the air to spin and moving the heavy particulate to the walls and then into the hopper. The fine particles are collected on the filter bags. This design can handle between 1,700 – 100,000 m3/hr (1,000 – 60,000 CFM).

Pulse Jet Blowback Cartridge Collector
The advantage of the fully assembled Mikro-Pulsaire pulse jet baghouse dust collector is that it can scale up indefinitely to handle the needs of any high volume application.

Common Applications Include:

  • Size reduction machinery
  • Spray dryers
  • Separators
  • Calciners
  • Mixers
  • Packaging machines
  • Conveyors
  • Chemical manufacturers
  • Foundries
  • Grinders

Bottom Bag Access Dust Collector
Fully assembled, compressed air cleaned fabric filter dust collector. Complete with filter bags and cages designed for removal from the dirty air side of the tube sheet.

Lift Off Top Bag Access Dust Collector
Fully assembled, compressed air cleaned fabric filter dust collector. Complete with choice of snapband or camlock filter bags and cages designed for removal from the clean air side of the tube sheet. Ideal for applications that require filter area generally between 151 ft² (14 m²) and 8,246 ft² (766 m²). Bags can be changed and the unit maintained on the clean air side so operators have less contact with collected dust during maintenance operation. One man can change a bag in approximately two minutes.

Walk-In Top Bag Access Dust Collector
Modular collector design allows for minimized field assembly. Compressed air cleaned dust collector, choice of camlock or snapband bag to tube sheet leak free connection. Ideal for applications that require filter area generally between 603 ft² (56 m²) and 8,246 ft² (766 m²). Bags can be changed and the unit maintained on the clean air side. Maintenance personnel are protected from the weather. Valuable, recoverable materials are protected against water and environmental contaminants.

Sectional Pulse Jet Filters
For large applications, generally greater than 4,500 ft (440 m2) media area, pulse jet baghouse / collectors are provided in prewired sections sized to suit shipping limitations.

Common Applications Include:

  • Kilns
  • Boilers
  • Dryers
  • Mixers
  • Coke pushing systems
  • Sinter strand systems
  • Furnaces
  • Ladle casters
  • Foundry suorces
  • Smelters
  • 11GA construction with integral lifting lugs
  • Many chemical applications

Top Bag Access Fabric Filter Dust Collector
For large gas volume applications, generally more than 4,500 ft² (418 m2) of media area. Compressed air cleaned filter bag dust collector, choice of camlock or snapband bag/ tube sheet for leak free connection.

Walk in Bag Access Fabric Filter Dust Collector
For large gas volume applications, generally more than 4,500 ft² (418 m2) of media area. Compressed air cleaned filter bag dust collector, choice of camlock or snapband bag/ tube sheet for leak free connection. Can use 8 foot, 12 foot, 12 foot or 14 foot long filter bags.

Long Bags for Baghouses
Nederman MikroPul’s long bag technology for baghouse dust collectors allows for less dust loading, eliminates dust re-entrainment, and provides fewer and less violent cleaning cycles with lower compressed air usage.

Structural fabric filter systems filter large volumes of air with significant concentrations of particulate of a wide variety of sizes and shapes. Systems include multiple compartments, multiple fans, and multiple problems.

Without significant engineering and design considerations, systems can encounter:

  • High internal velocities
  • Dust reentrainment
  • Air and dust turbulence
  • Poor or mis-directed gas distribution
  • Bag wear
  • Inconsistent or inadequate filter cleaning
  • Expensive component and part replacement costs
  • Difficulty in handling filters and cages
  • Poor or unacceptable bag life
