G Squared partners with American Air Filter (AAF)® to offer the Kinpactor® Venturi-type wet dust collector. The Kinpactor uses kinetic energy to collect particulate through the principle of impaction. The contaminated gas stream is forced through a Venturi-shaped throat section at velocities reaching between 9,000 and 24,000 feet per minute (100 to 280 mph). Atomized water is introduced ahead of the throat, atomized by the high-velocity gas stream. Dust particles are captured as they collide with millions of tiny water droplets.
